GetRest 10 Year Limited Mattress Warranty

GetRest mattresses carry a 10 years limited warranty against manufacturing defects in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) In case of any manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.

GetRest limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:
  • Mattress shrinkage, deformity or sagging of more than one (1) inch
  • Undulations on the mattress surface or splits in the foam material
The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:
  • Normal softening / sagging that is less than one (1) inch
  • Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse
  • Fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns
  • Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
  • Mattress cover, if any
  • Zipper on the mattress, if any
  • Unauthorized service during the warranty period
  • Mold, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care
  • Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform
Steps for warranty claim handling:
  • Submit proof of problem to GetRest along with the invoice
  • GetRest will have a confirmation call and arrange for the pick up from your location
  • GetRest to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status
  • GetRest to either repair or incase repair not possible- provide a prorated credit settlement
  • GetRest will ship the mattress back
Other terms:
  • Only the customer who originally bought the mattress and has the invoice in his/her name is eligible for the warranty claim
  • Warranty on the mattress will be available only in case of product failure due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Shipping charges to be bourne by customer incase prorated credit settlement is not being done
  • Specifically for memory foam mattresses, normal change in softness and recovery time occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the pressure relieving properties of these mattresses
  • Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, GetRest may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim
  • GetRest’s highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice
  • If you purchase a mattress and only the cover is defective (and not the mattress), we will only replace the cover and not the whole mattress
  • We require you to supply photographs of the entire sleeping surface of the mattress and any visible faults. Failure to send photographs of the defect may result in a replacement being delayed or the mattress not being replaced.
  • Prorated Credit Settlements will be made in the form of credit vouchers which can be availed for the purchase of GetRest only through www.GetRest.in

GetRest 1 Year Limited Pillow Warranty

GetRest limited warranty covers the following under normal intended use conditions:

GetRest warrants the Pillow in its original packaging sold to you against defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 1 year from the time your Pillow is purchased by you, when the Pillow is used normally for its intended purposes in the home.

The warranty does NOT cover the items such as, but not limited to:
  • Normal increases in softening and settling of materials, or any other normal wear and tear.
    Comfort preference.
  • Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.
  • Any Pillow (whether manufactured by GetRest or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
  • In the event of a Defect, GetRest’s sole and exclusive liability and your sole remedy under this limited Pillow Warranty will be, at GetRest’s option, to provide a repaired or replacement Pillow or Pillow Cover.
